Most computers need to update their JAVA software. Run a System Diagnostics to check your computer's JAVA software (Issues will be displayed in red). Follow the upgrade instructions under the JAVA heading, should you see red warnings. If you have problems, seek the help of your IT dept or give us a call at 210-599-0400).
